Home-Heat Solutions strive to provide you with excellent customer service, however if at any time you feel we have not exceeded your expectations or failed to deliver on our promises at any time we would want you to bring this to our attention immediately so we can ensure your concerns are addressed and if necessary corrected to your complete satisfaction.

We will respond within 48 hours with a commitment to resolve any issues within 7 working days.

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Ombudsman Services Ltd for dispute resolution.
